About me:

 I have spent 25 years inside enterprise programs where the budget was real, the vendors were capable, and the accountability gap between what was promised and what was delivered was the difference between a successful transformation and an expensive lesson.

I built the Delivery Operating System™ from the gap. Not from a whiteboard. From $100M+ in programs governed across financial services, insurance, logistics, retail, and manufacturing, and from the specific failures and recoveries showing me what governance infrastructure looks like when it works and what it costs when it does not.

I work with founders whose companies have outgrown informal delivery and COOs whose organizations are running complex programs without the governance layer to protect the business case. Fractional PMO leadership. One or 1.5 days per week. Direct reporting to you.

A fractional PMO practice. I provide executive-level delivery governance, vendor accountability, and program oversight on a part-time basis. My clients get the same governance capability a large enterprise builds into its PMO, sized and priced for an organization running three to twenty concurrent initiatives.

Every engagement is corp-to-corp. Every engagement reports directly to the founder, COO, or CFO. The methodology is the Delivery Operating System™, built from 25 years of operator experience and applied to every client engagement.

The Delivery Operating System™

 The Delivery Operating System™ is the governance framework I have built, tested, and rebuilt across 25 years of enterprise programs. It runs on six pillars: Governance Architecture, Integration Control, Vendor Accountability, Capital Governance, Capacity Architecture, and Execution Intelligence.

For engagements where AI tooling is present or being introduced, a seventh pillar applies: AI Governance Architecture.

The AI Transformation Readiness Scorecard™ is the diagnostic instrument drawn from this framework. It produces a scored assessment of program health across all dimensions and a prioritized remediation roadmap. It is the starting point for organizations not yet ready to commit to an ongoing retainer.

How I work

 

Every engagement begins with a 30-minute call. No pitch, no deck. A direct conversation about what is not working in your delivery and whether the Delivery Operating System™ addresses it.

If there is a fit, I propose the right engagement type: the Diagnostic, the Retainer, or a scoped build. If there is not a fit, I will tell you that too.

I work remotely.

 I am available for engagements across North America, the UK, and the EU.
